Going to brew this up later today... Its a clean out of some leftover ingredients here and there, and wanted some thoughts on what the hell this could be considered... here it is... FYI, its a 3 gallon batch, because I brew on my little stove in the winter time, and a 3 gallon batch is about all it can handle.

3 lbs Maris Otter
3 Lbs Munich Malt
12 oz Flaked Oats
12 oz. Brown Malt
4 oz. Victory Malt
4 oz. Crystal 75L
4 oz. Chocolate Malt
.25 lbs Maple Syrup, Grade B

1oz. Willamette @ 60
.5 oz. @10
.75 oz. @1

Using Wyeast Scottish Ale yeast 1728
 
I'd call it an Imperial American Brown Ale...here's a beer smith printout for ya. Should be 7.5%ABV, 37 IBU, and 26 SRM.
