So I'm looking ahead to my club's holiday beer exchange and trying to get an early start.
I was looking through flavors at Apex Flavors and I saw Peppermint Bark, thinking of using
this is in an imperial stout. I guess I just want to be careful not to overdo the peppermint.

I always say I can't think of anything someone else hasn't done:

I'm not planning to make mine 14% like theirs - I don't have the capacity.
I have a Foundry 6.5, I can use 8 lbs of grain and then the rest is extract.

What do you guys think - is this too far out there?
