Hey All!
So i attempted my 4th AG batch a pale ale i assembled in beersmith.
Well the night started off ok with mash in and my temp was bang on.
But after boil ready to cool with my diy wort chiller hooked up to a pond pump into a bucket of ice water,it went downhill.
I was 7mins in with cooling wort and got down to 85F then it happened! My pump quit on me!
I know its no biggie but i was getting used to using my chiller and not having a faucet adapter i had to dunk pot in water bath which took extra 30mins....but anyway thats brewing! Still had fun..heres the recipe.
Cheers!

A problem that you fix during brewing makes the finished product that much better. A good story to tell buddies while you server them the awesome finished product!

For the amount of yeast you have"0" in there. Other than that recipe looks really good I hope it comes out excellent for you.

Don't sweat the water bath, at least you have a chiller to use. I do a water bath every time since I have no chiller, and it usually takes like 1.5-2 hours to cool down to pitching temps lol! It's all good though as long as the beer comes out tasting good that's all that matters right?

Take it easy!
