Hi Guys, have you every used this Weyermann kit?
I came up to their website, very interesting, and i would like to ask you few questions regarding the Weyermann Pilsner Bavarian 4kg malt extract liquid kit, before placing an order...
1) Normally with Liquid Malt Extract i simply pour them in the bucket where they are going to ferment along with the water and other ingredients needed, can i do the same here or do i need a special equipment or procedure (e.g. boil the liquid extract with the hops?)
2) Sugar, in this case, is not required in primary fermentation right?
3) What do you recommend for Carbonation when I am ready to bottle? Normally I use Coopers carbonation drops.
