Brewferm 25kg malt extract

Hi Master Brewers.
Hope you are doing well.

I'm kinda new in the brewing art.
Started my first brewings with malt extracts from Brewferm.
While browsing brewing website I found a nice product. A 25kg malt extract for a good price. So if a 1.5kg can can be bought for around 17e, this one is 85e for 25kg.
Now, my question is, is it possible to lets say use this for brewing batches of 30L (3kg of malt needed)?
I mean, if I open the jerrycan, won't the extract oxidise or somehow go off, should I keep it under specific conditions until I use all of it?
Sorry for the stupid question But this would help me to save some money.

If this is liquid malt extract, you can repackage it in smaller containers/hefty zip lock bags and store it in the fridge or freezer. Actually, pretty much the same if it's dry. Welcome to the obsession!

Can you get a non-hopped version? I think you'd probably get more utility out of one that was just pure malt extract rather than something that's pre-hopped.
