I'm just about to pick some cascade and chinook hops. Can I brew with all fresh hops and have a successful Pale/Ipa? Or do I need to start with pellets and add the wet throughout?
I have Willamette and Nuggets to be harvested. What would be a good recipe to help showcase them? I have quite a few different varieties of other pellet hops on hand. so i could go with a known AA to bitter.
