Also BBL Captain Skoon Ballistic Stout is on draft which is almost worth the drive down to Charleston by itself.
Do they growler this? I would like to somehow have this in and around my mouth this weekend if they do!

Nah they don't do growler fills of any of the "featured" special beers they put on, and it's probably a sixtel at most that will kick today.

On the plus side I did just pick of a growler of Mexican Cake at my local shop that will be making an appearance in Vermont this weekend. :)

a friend from Westbrook was in town over the weekend and spilt the beans on the upcoming BAMC release (no, he didn't give the dates - yes, plural - as Edward hasn't set them yet)

like last year there will be 2 price tiers:
the base tier will be $30/bottle.
the other tier.... let's just say the wailing/gnashing of teeth/#newmoney/absurdity will hit entirely new levels! (last years $40 for the double barrel is CHEAP compared to this).

Last year they were all $30 including the DB, from what I recall. My guess (and this is purely a guess) is this "other tier" is the Pappy version and it's headed north of $50.

Multiple dates wouldn't surprise me at all. I might head down there tomorrow to try the Cognac and Bourbon variants, assuming they are still on draft, along with double barrel Anfernee.

They were all $30 a bottle! Cracks me up when people make **** up!

It will be more than $50 for the Pappy, likely twice that. Not hype, nor making it up (info came from someone who is very in the know when it comes to the brewery). They only had a barrel of the Pappy apparently.
Phew, can't wait for the complaints to roll in from that.

BA Mexican Coconut Cake was really legit. Wish I'd had a chance to try the cognac version last week.

I'm pretty sure today is the day!
It definitely is the day today!!! There's a huge line at the brewery right now. Bunch of people in line are playing hacky sack there's a beard grooming truck on the way along with a vegan food truck right here now. It is straight hipster heaven out here right now.

**** yeah! Also heard from a very re-LIE-able source that it's $60 a bottle this year. And $75 for Pappy variant.
