I have my first beer in the fermenting just got 48 22oz from a guy at work and i had 24 of my own, so this got me thinking i need to figure out what to brew next! to build up the pipeline.. My batch i have now is a Koelsch from a LHBS, what should i do next i like all types of beer.. Maybe a Amber Ale? Stout? Ipa? what would you do

I would do an IPA, then a black IPA, then an IPA. Then I would do an IPA followed by an IPA. Then, I would drink craft IPA's to collect bottles to brew another IPA.

I've been on a brown ale kick and just brewed a late hop pale ale for summer sessioning. you could do an imperial stout with the intent of aging for fall/winter.
