I am going to use the following recipe:
4 lbs Wheat Malt, Bel (2.0 SRM) 43.2 %
3 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) 32.4 %
4.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) 2.7 %
1.25 oz Crystal [3.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min 12.6 IBUs
1.00 oz Crystal [3.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min 6.1 IBUs
1.00 oz Crystal [3.00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 0.0 min
2 lbs Honey (1.0 SRM) 21.6 %
Would WB-06 be a good yeast for this? Or should I use US-05? Or WY1010?
I will also be adding extract fruit flavors to this beer, just don't know what yet.
