I was wondering how bad my city's water is, I havent brewed all-grain yet as i just finished by MLT. I was told by a few people to not worry about water on the first brew but im always wanting to make the best beer i can. I ve been reading over how to brew by palmer and having a hard time figuring out what exactly the changes ill need to make are.

im in zone 5, the beer will be a milk stout.
