Brew mostly Ales. Please advise on how much/what to use to get in a "good range".
pH 9.6
Carbonate
(Total alkalinity) 75

Sodium 21
Chloride 43
Sulfate 31
Calcium 14 (way low?)
Magnesium 17
Chlorine 2.5 (have Campdem)
