A couple of questions that I haven't seen touched on in the sticky...(hope I didn't just miss it).
I washed yeast from a trippel primary that was sitting for nine weeks...Any problem with waiting this long or longer?
After racking to keg and bottling bucket(2 seperate brews), I let is sit for 30 min or so before adding cold water. I it a more immediate approach?
I sanitized a gallon jar, and pulled water straight from tap(good tap water), is the boiling on the sticky just good sanitation practices?
How do I know if my yeast is viable?
