Is it possible wash and reuse yeast and Lacto blends? Are there any techniques for managing the blend when repitching? I did a US-05 with a probiotic addition, first iteration was minimally tart, I'm guessing because of the lower temperature and starting out with only 20billion bacteria at most,I can tell just from the starter it's going to be a little tarter. I'm just wondering if Brewers prefer to maintain too sources of culture and mix each time, or if the yeast and bacteria reach an equilibrium that is tasty on there own.

You can definitely can save and re-use. I don't bother washing mine because I tend to get very little trub in my fermenter, so I can't really help you out there. I'm interested to hear if anyone has tips on washing.
