Hey Guys,

So my dilema is my Keezer acts as my fermentation chamber. I used to only have 1 keg, but now I have 3. That means I can no longer fit my fermentor into the fridge.

Is it ok to pull the kegs out during fermentation (so they will reach room temp) then when I am done fermenting put them back in) and then cool back down to 42?

You shouldn't have any problem with doing that. I mean, if I have a bottle of beer in the fridge and then take it out for a day or two and put it back in the fridge I don't think I would taste a difference.
