I just finished brewing your Kaduva IPA, and as soon as I pitched the yeast I realized I had forgotten to take a gravity reading. Well, hell, it's the Walker way.
Got high hopes for this, although I did screw at least one thing up. I must have missed that it calls for Northern Brewer and Cascade hops, so I got 2oz of pellets for each for flavoring (the every-five minute additions), I got 1 oz of whole Cascade for dry hopping, but forgot / completely missed the 0.75 oz Chinook bittering hops. I already had the grains steeped when I realized, so my best course of action was to use the Cascade I had set aside for dry hopping for bittering. I know I probably won't get anywhere near the same level of bittering (1 oz of 6% vs. .75oz of 12.8%), but seemed to be the best of a pissy situation.
So, thanks for the recipe, if it comes out good I'll be happy to send one down your way for appraisal
EDIT: Craps, you can't change the title. Forgive the typo.
