Does anyone know the ppg ? I am gonna use this in an American dry hopped Red Ale. I found the Lovibond, ebc but no ppg. Its gonna be 100% of the grain bill.

I emailed them . Gave me some Plato #'s but said they didn't have the ppg. I was told that 100% of grain bill will give me a FG of around 1.010 - 12. I've had a red kolsch with this and it was wonderful.
