Looks good - I'd put some hops in the boil, too. I'd want higher IBUs.

I agree with @marc1 if you want to get a feel for the hop I would add it to the boil at different times to get a more well rounded flavor profile.

Vic Secret is extremely harsh bittering not to mention dry hopping with all the polyphenols that take time to condition. I might consider another bittering hop but then I guess it wouldn't technically be a SMASH. I see some light additions at 20 min mark which will give you some bitterness but not enough. Just my opinion.
