I'm thinking of doing a Vienna SMaSH,I have the below list of hops available to me and i was wondering if anyone had suggestions

Amarillo
Cascade
Centennial
Chinook
Citra
Columbus (Tomahawk)
East Kent Goldings (EKG)
Fuggles
Galaxy
Nelson Sauvin
Northern Brewer
Saaz
Sorachi Ace
Tettnang
Willamette

I use a lot of Vienna in my Saisons and really like to use noble hops for those brews. I think either EKG and Saaz would be great.

I know it's not on your list, but my house IPA is a Vienna/Simcoe SMaSH that's amazing.

If I had to pick something from your list, I'd go with any of the first 5 (Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra).

Anton Dreher, who is said to be the inventor of the modern lager beer, developed a recipe using a 100% Vienna malt grain bill hopped with both Styrian Goldings and Saaz (30%Goldings FWH, 60%Goldings for bittering, 30% Saaz at 5 min, aiming for 30 IBUs).
This has become my favorite lager recipe. If you want I'll post the whole recipe. I know this isn't what you were looking for, but I'd highly recommend it.

Greetings from Austria,

Excuse my English

So I decided to try inputting it into beersmith

11# Vienna
Saaz 2.0oz 60 min
Saaz 1.0oz 10min
Saaz 1.0oz 5min
Saaz 0.5oz Dry hop 7 days

Gives me
ABV 5.65% and 36 IBU.

Comments?

Summer is coming... I really dig 100% Sorachi beers you can get a really awesome, one of a kind intense lemon flavor/aroma going that would be nice when it warms up. You could go a little heavy on the hops and let mellow.
