Planning to brew a V-12 inspired brew this weekend...I've stepped up the yeast from a v12 bottle, & have styrian goldings & tettnang hops named by victory website. Website is sketchy about grains, just saying " 2 row malts"...
Was planning to use amber dme & some crystal 60. Not really trying to match the 12% ABV, so not planning anything to dry out or thin the body, eg corn sugar...will probably try to come in around 8%.
Any thoughts from those who like the V-12?
