I have everything on this list and will soon be brewing a my first all grain IIPA with no boil hops.

First, I want to compare how you guys would approach these ingredients.

Here is everything I have that you would need to incorporate for a recipe:

Fermentable Allowance:

  • Pearl Malt
  • Wheat Malt
  • Caramalt
  • Dextrose

Boil Hop Allowance:

  • HopShot [choose your target]

Whirlpool & Dry Hop Allowance (use at least 90%):

  • 4 oz. Simcoe pellets
  • 2 oz. Centennial pellets
  • 2 oz. Columbus pellets
  • 2 oz. Comet pellets
  • 2 oz. Apollo pellets

Yeast Allowance:

  • Gigayeast Vermont IPA

Fermentation & Conditioning Schedule:

  • [Input your schedule here]

Water Treatment Allowance:

  • Gypsum
  • Lactic Acid 88%
