Vendor who sells random/leftover grains?

A neighbor dropped some wild hops off at the house this weekend and since I have zero idea what type they are I'd like to just roll the dice with some random grains in small batches and see what happens. I also might consider just going with some base malt and calling it good, but I think it would be fun to see what comes out of the leftovers pile. I remember reading about a homebrew supply site that sold their spillage and leftovers from the milling room and for the life of me I can't remember who that was. Any help?

I would test the hops in a small SMaSH first. There are ornamental hops which might not be any good for brewing.
