Hello all! Just wondering if any of you homebrewers out there can offer some critique to a recipe Im coming up with. I want a big sweet stout. I found a recipe for a Left Hand Milk Stout and I bumped it up and am going to add some of my own additions. Here's what I got so far. Sound good or does it need some work?

18 oz crystal 60l 6.2%
18 oz chocolate malt 6.2%
18 oz munich 6.2%
16 oz flaked barley 5.5%
13 oz flaked wheat 4.5%
1.5 lb lactose 8.2%
.70 oz Magnum @ 60
1 oz Goldings @ 10
2 packs of US-05
after primary age it on a vanilla bean, good bourbon and oak chips.
