Using commercial-grade bar refrigerators for kegerator

I'm checking out auctions of used restaurant equipment for gear that has homebrew potential and found a glass chiller and a slide-top bottle cooler like you'd find behind a bar. While they are basically refrigerators, do they have any potential for DIY kegerators?

Your good if you can hook up temperature control and it is not a voracious consumer of electrical power.
