Greetings! I am fairly new to cider making and have been lurking around for a while and I have found a wealth of info on here. I recently purchased a blichmann beer gun so I can bottle from keg after force carbing.
My plan for my next batch is to either cold crash or use sorbate and sulphites, then back sweeten to taste, then keg and force carbonate with c02. I want to bottle some from keg and my question is , can the bottles be kept at room temps or do they need to stay chilled after filling? I do not want to pasteurize at this time.
