Uses for an empty minikeg?

Anyone have some awesome uses for an empty minikeg?
I already have one made into a lamp.. I was thinking to cut the top off and use it as a planter?
Also considered using it as a mini MLT for some really experimental stuff, but I don't think the 1.3gal volume would be enough for a 1gal batch of beer =(

Ideas?

* chop the top off and make a magnificent Pimp Chalice
* a large vessel to place keys, id's and assorted items near the door
* piggy bank
* decorative urn for a fallen beer lover

I used to make lamps out of kegs and ceramic bottles for friends.
Made my first lamp in 2004 and used the kegs for a beer sampling table too.

Vinyl, i have an excellent idea - Reuse it!!!!!! Pull the bung out, clean it sterilize it and put carbed beer in it with a drop or two of carb tabs. Replace the bung if you damaged when you pulled it out.

I fill mine with cleaner solutions and use the tap to dispense in the garage/brewery.
