Uploading from MS Publisher

ok I finally thinkI may have decided on labels for my brew and got one made BUT I cant figure out how to get the thing to upload . . . problem is the site dont accept MS publisher format.

How do I save the file to a uploadable format? I tried using Picture It but it got all bulloxed up in the transfer and looks like crap

Export it as a .jpg file.
