I racked over my IPA into secondary fermentation and after 2 weeks this is what I found. Any help as to what is going on here would be amazing.
Just skim the junk off of it and drink it. It's normal.
1) don't secondary.I did primary fermentation for 2 weeks on this IPA and then 2 weeks in secondary. This is what was waiting for me when I opened up the bucket. Any ideas?
