Ordered keg of Oskar Blues IPA from local beer store thinking the keg of IPA I now have in my kegerator would be empty in time to make room for this one. Question--is it ok for keg to sit unrefrigerated and if so, how long?

It's probably been unrefrigerated the whole time it was on Oskar Blues' loading dock, on the truck to the distributor, in the distributor's warehouse, on the truck to the retailer, and then in the retailer's store. A few more days shouldn't matter.
