What do you get if you brew a light ale using a lot of flaked wheat (like a witbier), but no orange peel or spices, and increase the hops to upper 20's IBU?

I can't figure out what the style would be. If it doesn't fit anywhere in BJCP, is that any indication that it's been done before and it sucked?

I was thinking 60% pale malt, 40% wheat, and Sterling hops. Ferment kinda warm. Not sure what yeast would be best, maybe Wyeast 3333 because I have it already, or T-58, or K-97.

It will always fit the Specialty Beer Style.
