unmalted wheat in Promash?

I don't know how to add anyrthing to the database, but under grains, they have toasted (not malted) wheat, and flaked wheat. Would that work?
 
You just click on the 'grains' button and there is add/edit. I added, for instance, Maris Otter malt. I'm not sure what the specs for unmalted wheat are, however. You might be able to find a spec sheet on the web and then calculate all the required values. I was able to do this for agave nectar and put it in Promash.
