Ultimate Extreme Everything but the Kitchen Sink Cookie Bars
Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
Filling:
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
Topping (any or all of the following...I opted for all):
1 package finely chopped pecans
1 package chopped macadamia nuts
1 package white chocolate chips
1 package milk chocolate chips
1 package sweetened flaked coconut
Heat oven to 350°. Beat flour, brown sugar and butter together until fine crumbs are formed. Press firmly into a 13x9 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
While the crust is baking, heat the condensed milk and butter over medium heat until bubbly. Stir over heat for another 5 minutes until slightly thickened and golden brown. Stir in vanilla.
Mix all of your toppings together, and put roughly half of it into a separate bowl. Add the condensed milk mixture and stir to combine.
When the crust is done, take it out of the oven, add the condensed milk/topping mixture, then top with the remainder of the topping. Bake for another 10 minutes.
