I'm planning on brewing a gose sometime soon
50% Pilsner
50% Wheat Malt
No boil, using probiotic tablets to sour then pitching Brett I've grown from Crooked Staves Hop Savant
1 oz of coriander
2/3 oz sea salt
Now I want to add some ugli fruit to this ,I'm thinking of adding the zest of two of them when I'm adding the salt and coriander and the juice of three as I pitch the brettt.
Has anyone used ugli fruit in a beer before?
I'll be following the Milk The Funk Gose Recipe for the most part.
