Thinking about doubling up on the coopers tins and yeast and see what happens??
I've got a dark ale and a sparkling ale sitting at home!

Thoughts???

I did a Stout/Dark Ale toucan last Christmas and its really starting to smooth out.

I did a 23 litre batch but also added a kilogram of dextrose. I also pitched both yeast packs.

2 cans of goop in a 19l batch should be fine.

The Cooper's Russian Imperial Stout recipe is three kits (Stout, Dark Ale, Lager) and 1kg of dextrose for a 20l batch. You are supposed to let that age for a bit though.

Might make it a 23l batch then!

Sounds good so I will let you know how it goes...
