Hey guys!

I just recently picked up a used turkey fryer for around 10 bucks, so I've been cleaning that up and looking into its exact volume. Which is where I am now stumped.

I am fairly sure this is the manual for the fryer, but what I cannot find is the capacity.

So, I was gonna turn to the HBT community to see if anyone recognizes this or can somehow dig up more info on it than google...

(I'm hoping its 7.5 gal or so...)

I think the formula should be Pi*R'squared * height of the kettle.

If it's been used as a fryer tho you will have a lot of trouble with head retention and maybe some residual flavors sticking around from the Oil.

OK, well I did some rough measurements and let it be known to the interwebz that the Brinkmann 815-3530-0 has a capacity of 7.5 gal (7.58878225 US gallons in rough measurement)
