Why don't you use the source recipe that was used to make it....
Classification: Imperial/Double IPA
Source: Brad Moyer, submitted
This recipe was created by one of our own employees, Brad Moyer who recently won the local "Al´s of Hampden / Troegs" homebrewing contest. This beer will be brewed in early September by Troegs as one of thier "Scratch Series" beers. Brad suggest using frozen organic mangoes and a heafty dosing of fresh hops to really bring out all the citrus and fruit flavors that this beer has to offer. Also, a large yeast starter will be needed since this beer will be clocking in around 11.5% ABV.
