This is my favorite Tripel by far and I want to try to create something similar.
Has anyone tried cultivating yeast from a bottle of this delicious libation? If so how did the beer turn out? Thanks!
 
I made a beer that tasted very similar. Here is the recipe. I believe the yeast I used was washed from another brewer. Made a starter from that.

Belgian Tripel
18-C Belgian Tripel

Size: 5.0*gal
Efficiency: 75.0%
Attenuation: 75.0%
Calories: 285.16*kcal per 12.0*fl oz

Original Gravity: 1.085 (1.075 - 1.085)
Terminal Gravity: 1.021 (1.008 - 1.014)
Color: 5.23 (4.5 - 7.0)
Alcohol: 8.43% (7.5% - 9.5%)
Bitterness: 43.2 (20.0 - 40.0)

Ingredients:
13*lb Pilsen Malt
1*lb Vienna Malt
1.0*lb Candi Sugar Clear
1.5*oz Tettnanger (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 60.0*m
1.0*oz Saaz (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 30*m
.5*oz Saaz (5.0%) - added during boil, boiled 15*m
1.0*ea WYeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity™
