This question came up recently with a friend...
Is there a consumable good currently sold in the U.S with the consistent daily demand as Tree House Brewing?
The question arose when a reading a bunch of "this is what ___ brewery is doing, so Tree House should do ___".
I may be missing a few of the obvious, but they're consistently averaging 2-3k people lining up to purchase a consumable good.
I've never been, but the only thing I could think of that could possibly be in the same realm... Austin , TX BBQ?
I admittedly may have missed the spirit of this question and be stating the obvious, but if we are just talking straight demand...A shitload. A ton of consumables have higher demand than TH daily by many many multiples. Post-its, toner, milk, bread etc.,. Even breaking the general categories into companies TH is beat by way more than a few.
If you sold any of these items through the Tree House model of Wed-Sat, short hours, low limits the **** show that would take place would make TH look like the joke it is compared to the true giants in consumable goods.
I mean every macro beer on the shelf has a higher consistent daily demand than TH. You don't need to line up for it but the demand is enormous. If you just want to know if there are other places people line up everyday and work through a similar volume of customers...the number is small.
