Yeah the people asking the same dumb questions again and again suck, but the shitlords complaining about such a "boring" list or no cans for their opening are far worse.

I had customers come into Wormtown yesterday dying to show me pictures of the new Treehouse brewery. I'll eventually make it out there, and hopefully the madness dies down a little months from now. They also complained about no cans to go and waiting in line for 2 pours of beer. I had to explain the merits of a soft opening and defend Treehouse.

From a long list of complaints from some mongoloid on BA...
"The walk in cooler to grab our beer concept.. seems odd that we will have to work to pay for our beer."

If ever someone should kill themselves this guy fits the bill for whining about **** like that.

While I like the personal interaction and a sale tailored to the customers' needs, their beer to go system is super efficient. Majority of the people who go there know exactly what they want and will max out on limits, so this system does nothing but expedite the line for quicker transactions and free up employees to help elsewhere. Great model and I think it will be successful with a little tweaking. But yeah ...**** Treehouse for trying to make the lines shorter for beer to go!

I just find it funny that this is pretty much how almost all retail transactions happen in every store and he's whining about it. You go get what you want and walk it to the register and pay. It's not a new concept.

Yeah, but fat and lazy beer guzzlers want to point at a sign; then have an employee hand truck 5 cases of beer to their car. I have do to actual work? **** that.

I'll be interested to see how this goes in a few weeks. Was hoping to stop by on the way to FoFA. Wonder if the old location will also be up and running by then

I'm very interested to see how they handle the two locations. I'd guess once they get up to full speed (or some semblance of it) both locations will offer beer to-go and merch... just what format for that beer?

With zero knowledge to back it up, my guess would be growler fills at Monson (old location), and cans + full pours at Charlton.

**** people lines. New hotness at TH is car lines just to get into the parking lot. Also, TH now saying they're not sure if they'll have enough beer to last the day LOLZ

Someone just posted a video of the line of over 100 cars waiting to get in backing up the ******* entire highway. This can't end well...
No it can't. I said months ago that it didn't look like they had nearly enough parking. Hopefully people chill the **** out though and soon.
