Two weeks and counting until I put Texas in the rear-view mirror. My new home appears to be 45 minutes from Treehouse. If the line sucks, come drink lambic at my place instead.
Where you moving to?

Starting the Holiday Weekend

anyone from here frequent Treehouse during the week? I'll be up there this upcoming Thursday (6.8.2017)

I've done a lot of reading regarding 'best practices' and what to expect so I think I am prepared. I think.

I'm typically there at least once a week. Where you coming from?

Gonna be driving over from Boston. Decided to drive over in a rental car - as we are visiting from Central FL. The plan is to be there a few hours early and hope for the best.

Does one need to be there a few hours early on a Thursday lately? Planning a Thursday trip with my gf and would rather it not be a nightmare...

You gonna be in my neck of the woods?
It's possible! September 18th starting our drive out that way. Toronto, Burlington, HF/ Waterbury , maybe treehouse....then onto lake George for my cousins wedding fri sat! Tree house isn't for sure yet, have to convince the gf on the extra three hour drive for, beer.

Well, definitely let me know if you do. I do have to say that it's pretty out of the way for the rest of that itinerary.

Yeah it is...but if drive down Thursday we can do that and hang out and get a hotel near there and drive the 2.5 hours to lake george. I don't mind a three hour drive to check a spot like treehouse out but the gf may!! Thursday they do growlers and cans correct ????? What types of crowds do the weekdays get??

Good chance the new location will be open by then. So no one can really give you an answer about what to expect right now.

The last time I was there was the day I met BravoDawg in line, which was awhile ago. It was a big line, but if you just get cans the line moves quickly. Getting growler fills takes a good bit longer.

I'm just getting settled into West Boylston. Patiently waiting for my lambic cellar and furniture to arrive. Found a few bottle shops with good beer and whiskey. Always be open for suggestions if anyone knows places to hit around Worcester.

Armsby Abbey. They have Hill Farmstead on tap on the reg.

Boynton, The Fix, Volturno, Hangover Bar. Worcester has become a great destination for food and beer.

Thanks for the recommendations! So far I have been in hop heaven. Sip of Sunshine is basically a shelf turd since local shops get regular shipments. Trillium and Treehouse are within an hour drive as well. Everyone has been extremely accommodating and friendly around town. Plus the summer weather here feels like Spring back in Texas. Woo.
