Totally cheating

This is fun for the holidays, but doesn't really count as a cider - or even fermented....

1 pint 151 Everclear grain alcohol
1 pint store bought apple juice
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Combine all in a quart mason jar - let it sit in the fridge for about a week. Enjoy!

Feel free to play with the ratios to suit your own needs - as is my wife thinks this is a little strong. What does she know about booze?

No, that's not cider. That is a cocktail recipe. Doesn't sound bad, but it has nothing to do with cider.

Yeah that will get you pretty smashed, would probably be better with a good brandy instead of everclear though...
