13.5 Lbs American Two Row
1 Lb Caramel 60
1 Lb Para-pils
1 lb Corn Sugar
1.75 oz Simcoe (60 min)
1.25 oz Cascade (30 min)
1.25 Cascade (10 min)
1.25 Centenial (flame out)
Primary for three weeks
Added in secondary
1 oz Amarillo (14 days)
4 oz Light toasted american oak chips (14 days)
1.25 oz Simcoe (7 days)
Bottle and enjoy as soon as possible for maximum hop flavor.
I made this beer last month as a very small partial mash, stepping it up to all grain 5 gallon batch this time. I changed the yeast to Bell's from California ale yeast because I have been itching to use the stuff i harvested from a bottle of two hearted a few weeks ago.
