I am planing on brewing a golden ale a few times 21l (5g) batches for a party I have coming up. It is always a winner. I was wondering if it is possible once the first brew is completed to keg and then poor the fresh wort of the second batch into the fermenter using the slurry in the bottom off the fermenter to start fermenting the second bath.
Would this ferment cleanly or just creat off flavours in the second bath. A friend of mine suggested this today but has never tried it himself.
Any info before I become the test dummy.

Sure, thats done a lot ...however you don't need to use the entire yeast cake.
It's generally recommended that you use 1 cup of active slurry. If you have a conical, it's the perfect opportunity to dump about 1/2 of the cake.
If you don't have a conical, use a sanitary method to harvest 1/2 pint of the yeast and get rid of the rest.

+1 to what they said ^^^^^^^

I regularly save yeast from my carboy, after racking the beer out, in a large sanitized Ball jar, store it in the fridge and repitch it into another wort, usually within a week or two.

Thanks for the info, I will give it a go.
I have been a bit heasatent to rake yeast as I'm worried it will go bad it's such an important part of the process.
Won't know until we give it a go.

If you are extremely careful about cleaning and sanitation, store the yeast cold, and repitch it within a few weeks, you'll be good. The great advantage of this is you will be pitching a high count of healthy and vital yeast.
