Top Tip - Have enough bottles clean and ready!

I went to bottle 5 1/2 gal. of bitter tonight. I cleaned 36 12 oz. bottles and 6 22 oz. bottle. I feel dumb. The worst part is the bitter is tasting good so far. I wasted a good 6 pack or 2.

That's when you just run and rinse/sanitize a few really quick!

I've done that before, but I always wash my bottles after drinking anyways. Fill it up with sanitizer, shake around for a few seconds, bottle! Not ideal sanitation practices, but I've never been worried about it enough to waste any beer, works great in a pinch...
