The "Guinness is good for you" is, as the Irish would say, "brilliant" marketing. The whole light beer thing though is pretty laughable. The caloric savings from drinking a Sam Adams light over the original Boston Lager is roughly equivalent to just two potato chips.

O'Fallon Black Hemp Black Ale, Major Tom's Pomegranate Wheat and Upland Blackberry Lambic are now on my must try list.

That Good Juju ginger beer from Left Hand is pretty damn good too...I just picked up a sixer, and was impressed enough that I might be inspired to brew a ginger beer again...it was one of my first brews, and I never repeated it. Might be a nice summer refresher!

:confused:What makes SA light the heathiest beer in the world? $$ Esquire(ing)minds want to know.Caloritic intake, and certain malt minerals? Are those even bottled conditoned? I thought yeast was an extra nutrient? Therefore shouldnt the heathiest beer in the world be a homebrew or bottle conditoned beer? Its gotta have loads of hops too, hops is healthy-good.Whats going on here?
