I bottled 4 beers before realizing I forgot to put sugar in my bottling bucket.
In my panicked state I decided to just add sugar to the four bottles
I put a whole Tablespoon in each.... Now realizing that was too much and I may have four explosive bottles, what can I do to salvage the beer?
I was thinking of letting it condition for one week and then just putting them in the Fridge to hibernate the yeast.
Any other ideas?
