So i was brewing a pale ale (now being called "Citra Party Pale Ale") and my roommate brought home about 20 people as soon as my wort started chilling. As a result of all the commotion i forgot to top off to 5gal. I have been sitting at 4gal for about 20 days now and im going to bottle in a few days. My questions is, Is it too late to bring her up to 5 gallons? Should i just say screw it and bottle a condensed version of my pale ale? Should i add a gallon of boiled or bottled water? any suggestions will be help.

That's a hard one... If it were me I would just leave it be and bottle it when it's ready, it would be a lot higher ABV maybe even close to a IIPA some others will tell you go for it, not sure if it would thin it down too much?
