After about 4 weeks or so in bottles i put a beer in the fridge on tuesday. Today will be the firs taste test... and if i get to it i might bottle my irish stout. Wish me luck!

Great patience.Good luck on your irish stout. I just tested my irish cream stout after 10 days,it taste better than i imagined just needs more carbing up in a few weeks it will be incredible.I recommend using the irish cream stout from the homebrewers recipe guide if you ever get a chance.
