Nice I'm using WLP 002 and 14 grams simcoe at 60 and 14 grams simcoe at flame out 180 f for 15 then chill should be good. Of was a bit light 1.033 so i added 250 g of pure can sugar and brought it up to 1.039/1.040. Going for a hoppy summer pilsI'm drinking an IPL right now. Columbus and Simcoe. I used 34/70 SafLager dry yeast. No complaints
