To dry or not to dry?

Do sanitized bottles need to dry before being filled? Same with other pieces of equipment?

No, if you use a no-rinse sanitizer, you can fill the bottles when you're ready. I never dry my equipment- just use it when you're ready.

I think all of the major sanitizers are no dry/no rinse. The directions with your sanitizer should give you all of the specifics.
