Hi All
I'm actually a mead head, and have several awesome batches using native New Zealand honey down .
Also tried my hand at cider and am happy witht he results.
At the moment, I am sipping on a Timmermans Peche beer.
I also love their berry and cheery ones, alas these cost $7 a 33cl here
I have not been terribly interested in brewing beer , however I would convert if I could make imitations of these beers , taste half as good.
Has anyone tried to recreate these particular beers before? maybe something similar?
I've love to hear about it!
Cheers
